DIGITAL sewing pattern 18th pair of stays - size S/M/L

This is a digital pattern for a boned pair of stays composed of 5 pieces.

This pattern is based on a genuine pair of stays pattern from 1860. I rework the pieces to adapt it to our moderne bodies and decline it in 3 sizes.

LEVEL: this pattern is adviced for a high mid / advanced skills sewer.

-Sewing a stay is not really complicated but it requires a lot of patience and precision.

The main skill you will need for this pair of stays is to sew straight. Keep in mind that I don't explain basic things like sewing a bias, cutting bones etc (but you can find tutorials on YouTube if needed ).

SEAMS ALLOWANCE: there are included and there are 1.5cm - 1/2 inches

INCLUDED FILES:

- PDF of the pattern to print at home (A4 or US letter size) or with a professional (A1 size)

- A PDF for the sewing instructions in English and in French.

- A text file with the link to the private HD picture files of the corset shown in the product picture to see the details (inside/outside, macro pictures, worn pictures).

SIZES

Sizes included are S,M and L.

This sizes are for the corset measuments edge-to-edge and not for your body measurements.

You can pick a size even if you have a bigger breast or waist measurement, it depends of how many cm you want to have for the waist and breast reduction.

=> If needed, you will find a generic tutorial to enlarge each pattern piece to fit to your own body.
