Gommage – PDF Sewing Pattern Inspired by Sophie’s Outfit from Expedition 33

Gommage is a digital sewing pattern designed to help you recreate Sophie’s outfit from Expedition 33!
This is the exact pattern I drafted and used for my own costume, which I’m now sharing with you. Please note that it is drafted to my personal measurements and is not graded.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
1 printable PDF pattern (formatted for A4 or US Letter paper, for home printing).

INSTRUCTIONS:
Basic sewing instructions are printed directly on the pattern itself. No separate instruction booklet is provided.

TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS:
Seam allowances of 1 cm (3/8" to 0.4") are included in the pattern.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

● Shirt – Lightweight cotton:
-1.2 meters (1 1/3 yards) of fabric – 140 cm (55") wide
-10 buttons – 11 mm (7/16") diameter
-Interfacing (optional, for the collar)

● Beret & Skirt – Medium-weight wool:
-2.3 meters (2 1/2 yards) of fabric – 140 cm (55") wide
-Interfacing (optional, for the belt)
-9 meters (9.8 yards) of gold soutache braid
-2 hook fasteners
-2 buttons – 20 mm (13/16") diameter
